Dedicated Literacy Specialist:
Unlocking the Potential of K–5 Learners

My career in education spans over a decade and multiple countries, ranging from diverse classroom environments to intensive 1:1 clinical practice. As a Monterey-based Literacy Specialist offering online reading intervention, I leverage my Master’s in Reading Education and background in Special Education to help students with unique learning profiles unlock their true potential.

I believe every child deserves a teacher who deeply understands the Science of Reading and the mechanics of how the brain learns how to read. Currently, I am completing an Orton-Gillingham Associate Level clinical practicum through the prestigious Stern Center for Language and Learning. Using this gold standard approach, I provide the multisensory reading instruction necessary for students with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences to thrive.

My mission is simple: to transform reading frustration into a lifelong love of learning by providing evidence-based literacy support tailored to each student's individual needs.
